
This is a 60 minute class designed especially for the expectant mother. Prenatal yoga honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation you are experiencing throughout pregnancy. It helps you to connect to your baby, stay healthy, and prepare for labor and delivery. Classes include asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Attending this class also provides you an opportunity meet other women who are experiencing pregnancy alongside you. This class is designed to be appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.
